Basically we can assess anyone high and low, but typically we have been involved in assessment of future senior workers in the Drilling industry, to ensure that the Drilling Contractors invest in the right people.
We have been involved with senior leaders from Drilling Contractors and Oil Majors as part of either promotion/transition process including Personal development programs for same.

performs its competency assessment process following IADC Competence Assurance guidelines to demonstrate and secure Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) of rig workers.
